1. General

The game is designed for teams of 2 to 6 players per room in most cases. Each room booking is private: no other group will join yours. You will have 90 minutes of play, which may be extended or reduced depending on the game or session. Access to the premises is allowed up to a maximum of 10 minutes after the booked time. Children aged 8 to 15 must be accompanied by a responsible adult or by a monitor provided by our company. Arkham Marbella S.L. may charge for any damage caused intentionally or by misuse of game elements. While on our premises you must follow our rules and the staff's instructions.

2. Bookings

Bookings can be made online on our website, in person or by phone. You are responsible for entering your details correctly; we will send confirmation by email and may ask for your booking code at any time. Purchases are only valid once processed by Arkham Marbella S.L. and games are not transferable to third parties. For far-in-advance bookings, contact us by email or phone.

3. Price and payment

The price per person (VAT included) is shown on the website and depends on the number of players and the day of the week. Payment can be made online, or at the venue before or after the game, by major credit/debit cards or cash. If more people attend than booked (up to the room limit), the difference is paid on arrival.

4. Cancellations and refunds

Arkham Escape Room is a live activity: once a booking is confirmed, no refunds, cancellations or date changes are accepted less than 72 hours before the activity. Refunds, where applicable, are issued via the original payment method. No-shows are not entitled to a refund or a time change. Tickets purchased through third parties cannot be refunded or rescheduled for any reason.

5. Safety and enjoyment

Each player participates at their own risk; Arkham Escape Room is not responsible for personal or material damage caused by misuse of the game room. Entry may be refused to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or whose behaviour is abusive or inappropriate in the staff's judgement. Food and drinks are not allowed in reception or in the rooms. To be admitted you must confirm the booking name and may be asked for your phone, email, booking number or ID. Children under 16 must be accompanied by at least one adult at all times.

6. Confidentiality and intellectual property

By booking, all players agree not to disclose or distribute information about the content of the games. All trademarks, logos and website contents are property of Arkham Marbella S.L. or of third parties who have authorised their use; reproduction or use without prior written permission is not allowed. The website is for personal, non-commercial use.
